How long can you hang?

The timer must be verifiable. The longest hang time each month makes it into the Hall of Fame — men and women ranked separately. Anyone in the Top 3 at the end of December each year wins an annual prize.

How to take part — applies to both challenges

Film your hang. The GYMMONKY Magnetic Towel Clip holding a gym towel must be clearly visible. For the Max Hang: the timer must be verifiable. Maximum video length is 60 seconds — time-lapse is allowed if you can hang for longer than 60 seconds.

Post it on Instagram or TikTok. A public account is required.
