Would you like to return an item, or have you noticed a defect despite our thorough quality controls? No problem!

 

Every GYMMONKY product is individually checked for quality and functionality before shipping and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 

You have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. Full information about your right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

How to return an item

1.    Register your return: Contact us by email at support (at) gymmonky.com and include your order number. In the event of a defect or an incorrect delivery, please also attach photos of the item.

2.  Review by GYMMONKY: We will review your request and respond to you in writing. If a defect or incorrect delivery is confirmed, we will provide you with a free return label. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return.

3.    Pack and return the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. The item must be returned complete and in its original condition, as you received it.

4.    Receive your refund: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method.

Important information

•       Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in the case of defects or incorrect deliveries confirmed by us in writing.

•       Incomplete or damaged returns will not be refunded.

•       Please do not return any items without notifying us in advance. Unannounced returns will be refused. 

•       Discounted sets or bundles can only be returned in full.
